Can I upload any video on the website?

All video uploaded to the site must conform to the terms of use, which includes a code of conduct. Any content deemed as defamatory or unsavory in nature may be flagged by users of the site and considered for possible elimination from the site. Can I upload a video for the purpose of promoting my business?

Yes you can, but you need to be a paid advertiser on the site in order to upload a video for the indirect or direct purpose of promoting your business. As a commercial website, ThisIsBozeman is selling advertising space and promotional video spots on the site for the purpose of promoting businesses. Promotional videos on the site are limited to advertisers, sponsors and other business authorized by Earthtalk Studios.  For more information about what indirect or indirect promotional video is authorized, refer to the terms of use. What do I do if I see what I feel is inappropriate content on the site?

If you are a registered user on the website, you can "flag" the content.  Once the content is flagged, Earthtalk Studios will be notified immediately and will consider the content deemed inappropriate.  If the video content is flagged twice by two different users, it will be immediately removed from the site for further consideration by Earthtalk Studios.  As a commercial website, Earthtalk Studios will monitor and ultimately determine what is inappropriate content for the site.  For more information about what promotional video is authorized, refer to the terms of use.
